Style 101 (Type DS)
A large-diameter steel sleeve joint equipped with a stop plug.
A simple steel expansion joint for large-diameter plain-end pipes that allows direct insertion and connection of the pipe. It consists of one sleeve, two flanges, rubber rings, and several bolts and nuts.
Rubber rings are placed at both ends of the sleeve and secured by flanges tightened from the outside with long bolts. Equipped with a stop plug, it prevents pipe misalignment and improves ease of installation.
